Our Service Desk system allow users to submit requests or "tickets" to our IT Unit (TDD). You can keep track the progress of your request, view and search our knowledge base repository on IT support related matters, including frequently asked questions (FAQs), announcements, circulars, guidelines, forms and documents.
Service Desk can be accessed from any web browser, on any device from anywhere with an internet connection.
